Description	A 127 unit, 3 story independent living facility. The 112,000 square foot building was constructed with load bearing masonry walls, pre-cast concrete floors, and a 2 ply rubber roof system. A combination of brick face and EIFS make up the facade and a covered drop off area accents the front of the building. The site includes a 70 car parking lot, grass and decorative landscaping. In addition to the apartments, the building includes a library, a chapel, game rooms, laundry facilities, a sun porch and a hair and body shop. A full service kitchen and dining area is located on the ground level.
