Pristine Pines Description An assisted living and personal care residence which serves as a home to elderly and early stage Alzheimer residents. The building was constructed using a combination load bearing masonry and steel stud system on the building’s exterior with pre-cast concrete floors above grade and a residential style wood truss and shingle roof system. A combination face brick and cedar siding facade is accented by limestone belt courses. Each wing includes apartments, a parlor, a TV room and a sunroom. The core area is reserved for common areas such as the shared dining, kitchen, administrative offices, beauty salon, chapel and support services. Outside, the residents can enjoy the residential style yard and landscaping in one of four courtyards.
