Monongahela Valley Hospital Parking Garage Restoration Description 125,000 sf. restoration of Monongahela Valley Hospital’s only on campus parking facility. The project was completed in 6 phases to allow continued use of the garage by both hospital personnel and visitors. Scope of work included concrete surface repairs, construction and expansion joint repairs, post tension cable repairs, concrete crack repairs in beams, columns and slabs, and a waterproof coating on the concrete surface.
