Elliot Company Heavy Assembly & Test Facility Description Construction of a new heavy assembly and high pressure test building for Elliott Company, directly adjacent to their existing facility in Jeanette. The mass excavation reached depths of greater than 30 feet and required substantial shoring and underpinning of the existing structure. Additionally, an active railroad siding was located within 10 feet of the excavation which remained operational throughout the duration of the project.
